Pretty standard business hotel. Had all the usual amenities and such. They run a free shuttle to the airport which is convenient for those who can use it.

Very close to airport, free airport shuttle in the morning. Front desk staff was very nice upon checking. Room is very small, which was fine for just an overnight stay before our flight the next morning. The bed itself was just a double, kinda small for my husband and I to get a good sleep but i think thats how most rooms are for this price so we couldn't complain much. Very nice bathroom amenities.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. Comfortable room with good facilities. Good central Chitose location. Free shuttle bus to New Chitose Airport for outbound journeys. Japanese style breakfast choices.

Kind and helpful staff. Good location- near to rail station. Delicious dinner and breakfast next morning in restaurant attached to the hotel.

Close to airport was what I needed with morning shuttle. The compact room had every accessory one could possibly think of. Quiet with a good bed at a very reasonable price.

+ Location + Clean and bright bathroom + Free shuttle car from hotel to airport (only takes 10 minutes, really save you for morning flight and big luggages)

The breakfast which came with the reservation (no no extra cost) was a choice between Japanese or Western. I went with Western while my friend went with Japanese. Both were delicious and quite filling

Very clean, great location, quiet, comfortable bedding. Big breakfast with lots of choices.
